VERY INTERESTING: TOM KERRIDGE

Hello ladies and gents this is the Viking telling you that today we are talking about

Tom Kerridge

Chef and family man Tom Kerridge shows eight families how making lifestyle changes and cooking great food at home can help them become fitter, healthier and happier.

Finding the time to eat proper, homemade food together as a family is one of life’s biggest pleasures — Tom Kerridge

Tom Kerridge is a husband, dad, and award-winning Michelin starred chef. Tom made his own New Year’s resolution a few years ago to eat more healthily and exercise more, which led to nearly 12 stone in weight loss. Today he’s fitter, healthier and happier, and the changes Tom’s made are having a positive effect on his young family.

Tom says: “Finding the time to eat proper, homemade food together as a family is one of life’s biggest pleasures. I want to help people to discover this for themselves and reap the rewards.”

Tom’s first catering job was working as a commis chef at Calcot Manor in Gloucestershire. He decided to take over a run-down pub, The Hand And Flowers in Marlow, with his wife back in 2005. By 2011, it became the first pub to ever receive two Michelin stars. In 2018 Tom opened the restaurant Kerridge’s Bar & Grill in the Corinthia Hotel London.

In 2009 Tom competed in the Great British Menu for BBC Two and more television work followed, taking Tom from Great British Food Revival to Lose Weight For Good. Tom has also authored a number of best-selling cookbooks.

And as always have a chilled day from the Viking
